Consider the following pictures and answer the questions: 
Is the suggested exam in photo A fair? Why? To what extent can the proposed exam be understood as equal treatment for all candidates?

Compare your answer with Photo B. Do you identify any systemic barrier in the suggested exam? How could the proposed exam be modified so that it would produce equity?
